Norfolk, NE – August 4, 2025 – DVAuction, the nation’s leading real-time online livestock auction service, along with its subsidiaries National Beef Wire and Feeder Flash, is pleased to announce its sale from founder and CEO Dan Broz to the current leadership group. The new ownership group, effective Jan. 1, 2026, consists of Ceara Eggerling, Justin Dikoff, Wade Fisher, Dusty Markham, Alan Morehead, Jason Ronsse, Heather Soukup, and Corbitt Wall.

Founded in 1999 by Broz and five partners, DVAuction revolutionized the livestock industry by introducing real-time online auction broadcasting, providing unprecedented access to cattle markets across the country. DVAuction broadcasts over 2,000 production sales annually and 120 auction markets weekly. The company’s subsidiaries, National Beef Wire and Feeder Flash, have become vital resources for cattle producers, traders, and agri-business professionals, delivering real-time pricing, market analysis, and industry news. Feeder Flash, hosted by Corbitt Wall, has aired over 2,300 episodes since its launch in 2014, amassing 21,000 YouTube subscribers, and National Beef Wire has 211,000 daily newsletter recipients.

Broz founded and expanded this company, pouring his dedication into making it a success. What began as an idea, fueled by his persistent vision and tireless efforts, transformed into an industry-leading company. It was this steadfast resolve, even in the face of daunting challenges, that forged the path. It is with immense pride and a deep sense of responsibility that we continue to provide this essential service to our valued customers, building upon the strong foundation he established. We are honored to uphold his vision and ensure the continued excellence of the service he cultivated.

“This transition marks an exciting new chapter for DVAuction,” said Broz. “The new ownership group brings deep industry expertise and a shared commitment to continuing our mission of delivering innovative, reliable, and accessible market solutions to the industry. I am confident they will build on our legacy of success.”

“We are thrilled to take on the responsibility of leading DVAuction and its subsidiaries into the future,” said Heather Soukup on behalf of the new ownership group. “Our team is deeply committed to the industry and to enhancing the tools and insights we provide to our community. We look forward to continuing to innovate and serve our audience with the same dedication that has defined these brands for over two and a half decades.”

The transition will ensure continuity for DVAuction’s customers, partners, and viewers, with no disruptions to ongoing services, including live auctions, Feeder Flash broadcasts, and National Beef Wire’s real-time market updates. The new ownership group plans to expand content offerings, integrate advanced technologies, and further engage with the agricultural community to meet the evolving needs of the industry.
